Making and dispatch times

Many Madeverie pieces are handmade or prepared in small batches. Each product page will show its expected dispatch time. If your basket contains items with different lead times, we normally send everything together when the full order is ready.

UK delivery

UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and exclude bank holidays. Tracking details will be emailed when available.

Personalised and time-sensitive gifts

Please check the stated making time before ordering. If you need a gift for a particular date, contact us before purchase and we’ll let you know what is realistically possible.

Packaging

Orders are packed carefully using recyclable or reusable materials wherever practical. A receipt is not included in the parcel, making it easy to send gifts directly to their recipient.

Delays or missing parcels

If your parcel is late, check the tracking first and then contact us with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier and keep you updated.
